Discover Clover Creek Thin Brick Clover Creek Brick Company is located on the banks of the Ohio River in Cloverport, Kentucky. Formerly Murray Tile Company and later American Olean, the plant was converted to a high quality, tumbled brick producer in 1999. Clay products have been manufactured at this site for over one hundred twenty-five years. The attention to detail and quality of craftsmanship is evident in everything we do.
So how are quality bricks produced? It's the Shale! High quality shale is the first and foremost requirement for making quality bricks. The second is the know-how. Clover Creek manufactures a brick that exceeds 10,000 psi in pressure tests yet still meets ASTM requirements of 5% absorption and no efflorescence (Leaching or Streaking).
Clover Creek produces Queen, Modular and Engineer Modular sized Tumbled Face brick for residential projects and commercial projects looking for a more rustic look. We also have a Tumbled Thin Brick line that is available in all of our face brick colors, perfectly matched. Our Thin Brick products are great for projects large or small. Thin Brick can be used inside or outside and is a great do it yourself project and it is Environmentally Friendly.
